This is a short 20 Minute F.I.T Workout (Fitness, Isolation, Together). It is great for those that feel alone and just want to move with others in the safety of their homes. You do NOT need to purchase a RollerSizeR® to take the class. Use a bath towel. Lizzie will show you how to fold it and hold it for the exercises. Those with a RollerSizeR will use their tool.
You can sit on a sofa, chair or bed. We will NOT be going to the floor!
